Patriotism plays a pivotal role in the course of the construction and development of a state. There is a great variety of viewpoints in respect of researches conducted on patriotism by the theory circle in China. However, most of these researchers focused their studies on patriotic education, while they have not attempted to explore the theory of patriotism with an extensive and in-depth approach.
