听语气可以听出来的,而且注意点的话,还是有区别的,有时是声调上的区别,有时是前缀,比如问can you ...一般不会直接回答i can 或者i can't 一般是of course i can;yeah , sure i can , i can't do that!这样的比较多.
甚至回答不用 i can/can't 如 for sure ,certainly, you must be kidding 等等.
如果在现实会话中碰到的话,我想你一定能明白到底是i can 或者i can't的.不如自己去体会下

读音都是I can ?..没听说阿
我记得我以前听过一个关于I can 和I can't 在口语中的区别。
比如， I can help you.重音在can 后面的动词help上。
而在I can't help you的句子中重音在can't 上。
