因为在有的限制性定从中 that可以代替关系副词why /when/where引导定语从句 这种用法的that也可以省略

当定语从句中的先行词是表示时间的day之类的词或way,reason.place时可以用关系副词that 替代why,when,和where.但这种情况下that 往往省略.
如:
一表示方式时
I don’t like the way(in which/that/省略) these parents treat their
children我不喜欢这些家长对待孩子的方式。

二、表示地点时，
that (=where=介词+which)也可省掉。

如：Do you know anywhere (that ) I can put up for the night?
你知道在哪里我能找个投宿的地方吗？

This is the place (that=where=at which) he works
这就是他工作的地方。

三、表示时间时，
that (=when=介词+which)也可省掉。
如：This is the last time that I shall give you a lesson.
这将是最后一次我给你们上课。

四、另外，关系副词
that有时还可用来代替关系副词why，表示原因。也可省掉。
The reason （that =why) he lost his life was lack of medical care.
他的死是由于缺乏医疗。

在下面这个句子中，不能用
why, 只能用which/that
：

I don’t want to hear any reason( that/which) you might give. 我不
想听你所提出的任何理由。（在这个定语从句中，
that/which作定语从句中谓语动词give的宾语）

the reason why似乎后面和is that....连用，这里用的是because of似乎和why重了~就和though 和but不连用类似吧~
