现在的美国英语回答thank you可以说you are welcome或者no problem等。

回答sorry可以用it's OK.更常用和口语化的是it's cool.

cool这种用法是近年来美语里表示“没有关系”。“不生气”这样一类意思的。比如
A; are you mad at me?你生我的气吗？
B：no. not at all（这个not at all是一点也不）
A：so, are we still cool? (那么我们还是朋友吧？也就是谁也没生气)
